If a cruise or tour is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions or other conditions beyond our control, you will receive either a full credit or 100% refund. Please note that ONLY captains have the right to cancel for weather-related or other necessary conditions
nIf you or anyone on your party are unable to attend your reserved cruise or tour for any reason, you must email [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance to receive a 100% credit for future use. Credits are fully transferable to family and friends.
n Any written cancellations received within 48 hours of scheduled reservation shall not be refunded or credited.
