This offering at Levique requires groups larger than six guests to accept ownership of the boat via a bareboat charter agreement for the duration of the trip. The operator will provide a list of recommended USCG captains should you prefer to hire a licensed captain rather than assume command. The notice emphasizes legal and operational arrangements for larger groups.

nWe are a rain or shine cruise however if our USCG licensed Captain deems it unsafe, we will cancel and refund will be given.
