Private Vessel Charter
4 Hours – $1,599 (up to 6 guests)
Charter rates adjust based on overall vessel utilization and group size configuration:
7–9 Guests: Adjusted vessel charter rate (+$200)
10–13 Guests: Adjusted vessel charter rate (+$400)
Maximum capacity: 13 guests.
This experience is offered as a bareboat charter. The charterer assumes temporary possession and control of the vessel for the duration of the charter period.
A qualified, properly licensed captain is required for all charters and is contracted separately by the charterer. Fuel usage is calculated based on actual consumption. Customary crew gratuity is not included.

Weather Determination
nSafety is the highest priority.
nFor this bareboat charter, the independently selected captain will make the final determination on the morning of the charter based on actual marine conditions and forecasts.

- Light rain or overcast conditions do not typically constitute grounds for cancellation. n
- If the captain determines conditions are unsafe to operate, the charter will be considered weather-canceled. n
If a weather cancellation is declared by the captain:

- The parties will first attempt to reschedule the charter. n
- If rescheduling is not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner will be refunded. n
Vessel Unavailability
nIn the rare event the vessel becomes unavailable due to mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstances:

- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of charter fees paid will be issued. n
