What to Expect

Spend your day exploring in the Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge. During your trip you will cruise the mangrove channels learning about these amazing plants and all they do for our ecosystem, accompanied with some shallow snorkeling around the islands and some sandbar time looking for critters and shells at our most amazing sandbars! A tub will be used to pull some critters up and safely contain them so we can see them up close and personal and discuss them, after which, they will be released to live their best lives. Captain Amy will lead you through a most amazing back country adventure, one you won't soon forget!

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations, by client, of a booked, private charter 5 days prior to departure will be refunded their deposit in full and will not be charged. Per Person charters will be refunded the total paid.

  • Cancellations, by client, of a booked private charter LESS than 5 days but more than 24 hours before departure will forfeit the total deposit paid and will not be further charged. Per Person charters will be refunded the total paid LESS a 20% deposit. **If I am able to rebook your spot, I will refund your deposit.

  • NO SHOWS and booked trips cancelled with 24 hours or less of departure will be charged IN FULL!!! No refunds of any kind or for any reason, will be made for a no show or same day cancellations. This is a non negotiable policy.

  • If a customer cancels for weather at the dock, regardless of the advice of the captain, it will be treated as a no show. No refund of deposit/total will be made and you will be charged in full. (I assure you, I am honest about weather, I don’t want to go in bad weather either, however, you must have faith in me)

  • If KWCC cancels for weather, you will be refunded any deposit and/or total and will not be charged.
