nBooking cancelations or rebooking requests will not be permitted within 48 hours of your trip departure time. There are no exceptions to this. If you request a cancellation more than 48 hours before the trip, you will be issued a full refund.
If the Captain cancels your trip for inclement weather you will be offered a rebooking or a full refund. Weather cancelations will be made at the Captain's and ONLY the Captain's Discretion.
