New to the area? No problem! Our team will provide a complete orientation and access to our custom GPS map, making navigation simple and stress-free.

Requirements
👤 Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
📜 Florida Boater Safety Certificate required for anyone born on or after January 1, 1988.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy
nA $100 deposit is required to reserve your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file on the day of your reservation.
nCancel 72 hours or more before your scheduled reservation for a full refund.
nIf It's Jet Ski Time cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen operational circumstances, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
nNo refunds or credits will be issued for:
nCancellations made within 72 hours of your reservation.
nNo-shows.
nFailure to meet age, licensing, or participation requirements.
nChanges or cancellations requested after the cancellation window has expired.
nTrip Protection (Highly Recommended)
Add Trip Protection at checkout for extra peace of mind.
nWith Trip Protection, you may cancel or modify your reservation for any reason up to 1 hour before your activity and receive a full refund, minus the Trip Protection fee and any applicable processing fees.
nTrip Protection includes one rebooking only. Once a reservation has been rebooked using Trip Protection, no additional rebookings, cancellations, or refunds are permitted under the Trip Protection plan.
