What to Expect

Meet a Dolphin offers an engaging 10-12 minute interaction with dolphins on our floating docks during training sessions. Visitors will enjoy an educational experience, learning about our dolphins from expert animal behaviorists while possibly getting splashed. The experience begins with a facility tour and includes access to our touch tank. Expect to spend up to 60 minutes with us, making it perfect for families and animal lovers seeking an interactive marine life encounter that combines learning, fun, and unforgettable memories.

Cancellation Policy

Island Dolphin Care does not provide refunds in the event of family illness, late arrival, last minute cancellation, or rescheduling within twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival. Cancellations or change of date reservations will only be refunded if we are able to fill the reserved time slot with another reservation. We will make every effort to do so on your behalf. Island Dolphin Care Inc. cannot control circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, acts of God, and any unexpected scenarios that may arise with our dolphins. We will work as quickly as possible to communicate with you directly if anything is in need of rescheduling.

Island Dolphin Care also reserves the right to remove any person, from the facility, who by their actions are endangering themselves, others, the dolphins or interfering with others in the program. Payment is non-refundable.

Please respect the privacy of our families who come to Island Dolphin Care for therapy. While they are in session, photos are not permitted. Once their session is over, photos of our dolphins are welcome.
