Whether you are an experienced spear fishermen or have never held a spear gun, we can't wait to have you in the water with us! Our professional spearfishing guides will accompany you in the water to instruct you every step of the way to ensure that you are shooting at legal, in season, fish. From loading the gun, to spotting the fish and pulling the trigger we are here to help you! At ISA, we aim to educate our customers on sustainable spearfishing practices. Spearfishing is an absolutely exhilarating sport and we are stoked to have you join us on this adventure. After arriving back at the dock, our crew will clean and fillet your fresh catch for you to take home. Our crew does everything in our ability to ensure that our customers leave happy and healthy with a bag full of dinner in their hands!

- More than 10 days before your scheduled charter: You may cancel without charge. n
- 10 days or less before your scheduled charter: You are responsible for 50% of the total charter price. n
- Within 24 hours of your scheduled charter, for a no-show, or after the charter has begun: You are responsible for the full charter price. n
Cancellation deadlines are calculated from the charter’s originally scheduled departure time. Requests to change or reschedule a charter are subject to the same cancellation terms unless otherwise approved by Islamorada Spearfishing Adventures.
nThe charter officially begins when the vessel departs the dock. Once underway, refunds or credits will not be issued if a guest chooses to shorten or end the trip for personal reasons, including:

- Seasickness or motion sickness n
- Anxiety or panic n
- Fear of the ocean or marine life n
- Discomfort with waves or weather n
- A change of plans or change of mind n
- Any other reason unrelated to the safe operation of the vessel n
Weather and Sea Conditions
nCharters operate in light rain, wind, and normal ocean conditions. The ocean naturally involves waves and vessel movement and should not be expected to remain flat like a lake.
nThe Captain alone determines whether weather and sea conditions are safe for operation. Refunds or credits will not be issued because of:

- Rain or overcast conditions n
- Wind or normal ocean chop n
- Seasickness or motion sickness n
- Personal discomfort with the weather or sea conditions n
- A guest’s decision not to begin or continue the charter n
If the Captain determines that weather or sea conditions are unsafe before departure, guests will be offered either:

- A full refund, or n
- The opportunity to reschedule for a future available date n
The Captain reserves the right to modify, shorten, or terminate a charter whenever reasonably necessary to protect the vessel, crew, or guests. A refund or credit is not guaranteed when a charter is modified or ended because of guest behavior, a guest’s illness or medical condition, failure to follow the Captain’s instructions, or circumstances beyond the Captain’s control.
nBy completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Weather Policy. You authorize Islamorada Spearfishing Adventures to charge the payment method on file for any amount due under this policy.
Operated by
