Customers are eligible for a full refund or rebooking with at least 48 hours' notice before the ride. All cancellations made within 48 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals that miss the start time will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling and will be charged the full price. Happy Trails might cancel your ride about 2 hours before the scheduled time due to rain or lightning.
