Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or rebook with 48 hours notice of the ride for cancellation from the customer. Customers will receive a full refund or rebook in case of Happy Trails needing to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
nIf you cancel within 48 hours of the ride date (even if your booked your ride less than 48 hours prior to the ride time), No-shows, or those late who miss the start time, will not be refunded or be eligible for rebooking and will be charged the full price.
nWe may have to cancel about 2 hours prior to your ride due to rain or lightening storms. Should that happen you may rebook or get a full refund!
