What to Expect
Welcome aboard the Happy Life for our second Sunrise Pilates & Wellness Cruise!
Begin your morning with a peaceful sunrise cruise through beautiful Destin Harbor and a 45-minute Pilates session led by local instructor Aly Gray of FIT30A. After Pilates, relax and recharge with a 20-minute sound bath experience presented by Sol Wave Healing—all while surrounded by the calm morning waters of the Emerald Coast.
Following the sessions, head upstairs to mingle, explore our wellness vendors, and enjoy complimentary quiche bites and avocado toast.
