Cancellation Policy
The following applies to boat cancelations:
nWe require at least 48 hours notice prior to your check-in time to change any reservations with no additional fee.
nTo reschedule / rebook a dive within 48 hours of reservation, customers will be charged $75 (per diver) rebooking fee to reschedule 2-tank dives / $120 for 3-tank dives
nFor cancellations made within 48 hours ahead of a reservation, customers will be refunded - minus $75 for 2-tank dives / $120 for 3-tank dives upon request
nIf you do not show up for your reservation, you will be billed for the full price of the trip per person that was reserved.
nThere will be no additional fee if a reservation is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather.
