Cancel/Reschedule
nIf you need to cancel your trip, please give at least 4 days notice in order to receive a full refund. All no show's or cancellations within the 4 days of your cruise are responsible for full payment.
nIf you need to Reschedule your trip, please give at lest 4 days notice. Any reschedules within the 4 days of your cruise will receive a re-booking fee in the amount of 25% of your base price. Please email FWT staff at [email protected] to cancel or reschedule.
Weather
nIf a trip is cancelled by us due to unfavorable or unsafe weather conditions we will contact you as soon as the captain knows. Sometimes we do not cancel until the last minute due to unpredictable weather here in Florida. We will try and work with you the best we can to move around tour times and days if we need to cancel due to weather. Your cruise will be 100% refunded if the tour is cancelled by us due to weather or mechanical issues.
