How It Works

Book Your Reservation Online

The online booking form is meant to improve your overall check-in/check-out experience. We request your contact information, a brief description of your bike and its repair issues, and credit card information.

We ask for payment information at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your booking, we will refund the payment to you.

At Home Service Day

Due to the clubhouse renovation and the current lack of parking, we’ll be offering at-home service instead of meeting at the clubhouse.

We charge a $35 home-visit fee (50% off our standard service-call rate), plus the cost of the service you choose.

We do ask for a bit of flexibility, as our arrival window will be between 11:00–3:00 PM. If it’s more convenient, you’re also welcome to leave your bike by your front door and we’ll take care of the service while you’re out. Please just keep your phone nearby in case we need to reach you with any updates or recommendations.

The mechanics will call you when your bike is completed. Same day service!
