What to Expect
Tampa Youth Fishing Academy – Kids Fishing Camp
The Tampa Youth Fishing Academy is a hands-on kids fishing camp in Tampa Bay where young anglers learn real fishing skills while spending time on the water with experienced charter captains. Campers will learn casting techniques, knot tying, fish identification, and basic boating safety while fishing some of the most productive inshore waters in Florida.
Our goal is to build confidence, teach outdoor skills, and create an unforgettable fishing experience for every camper.
The camp runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and is designed for kids ages 8–15. Each week is limited to just 4 campers per boat so every child gets plenty of hands-on fishing time and individual instruction.
