Gulf of America Red Snapper fishing charters – 10 Hours

While every year is different, we have been experiencing very good Red Snapper fishing out of the Clearwater area in the past 10 years and expect it to get better and better!

We carry a federal reef permit that allows us to fish for Red Snapper and allows us a longer season to charter for these tasty fish! Targeting them in deeper offshore waters using several different techniques, jigging, live baiting, chumming, etc gives you the best shot at trophy sized red snapper and other species.

We are currently running our Red Snapper charters with an emphasis on getting our limit of Red Snapper first and then continuing on to target other in season fish like Gag Grouper, Red Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, Tuna, etc…

We typically book up fast for this season (summer time) so if you’ve ever wanted to catch red snapper, make reservations early! The 2026 Red Snapper season is June 1st – October 25th. The red snapper fishing in Clearwater continues to grow in popularity and for good reason, this area continues to produce huge numbers of big american red snapper year after year!
