What to Expect

FishEye Sportfishing offers an intense, private 6-hour charter in Clearwater focused on landing giant Goliath grouper. With over 20 years targeting these monsters, the crew provides expert guidance and heavy-duty gear to help anglers battle fish commonly between 175–300 pounds and occasionally much larger. Peak season runs April through October, and trips emphasize an adrenaline-filled fight for one of the Gulf’s most sought-after species. If time allows, the captain may pursue other nearby species after targeting goliaths.
