Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy: Charter Reservations are non-refundable within 72 hours of the activity start time.
Rebooking Policy:
- If you need to rebook within 72 hours of the activity start time, Danger Charters will do our best to accommodate your request.
- A flat rebooking fee of $50 will be charged to the card on file for any changes made to the reservation within 72 hours of the activity start time.
- To request a rebooking, please contact our reservations team at (305) 304-7999 as soon as possible.
- Rebooking requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
- Only one rebooking is allowed per reservation.
Deposits:
If you reserved your spot onboard with a deposit, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure. If you would like to update your payment method, please call the reservations team at (305) 304-7999.
In the event of a declined payment or if we are unable to process the transaction, we will make every effort to contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. However, failure to provide a valid payment method may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Danger Charters is not liable for any issues related to arrival, including flights, traffic, and parking.
Any voucher codes provided by 3rd party vendors may have alternate cancellation policies. Please read all information provided by that 3rd party.
