All rentals include everything you need for a safe and seamless outing: paddle, properly fitted life vest, safety gear, waterproof maps of recommended routes, local area guidance and instruction, plus complimentary dry boxes and waterproof phone cases to protect your valuables. We’ll provide a quick orientation before you launch so you feel confident on the water. Just arrive ready to explore Southwest Florida from a whole new perspective.

Restrictions
• Participants must meet minimum age requirements (typically 12+ to paddle independently; younger children must ride with an adult).
• Maximum weight limits apply per kayak or paddleboard based on manufacturer guidelines. Combined weight capacity may not be exceeded.
• Rentals must remain within designated paddle zones and approved waterways outlined during check-in. Open Gulf crossings or restricted areas are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved and properly secured.
• Alcohol or drug use that impairs judgment or safety is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
• Equipment may not be transferred, subleased, or used by anyone not listed on the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for all guests and allow for proper scheduling, Coast & Current maintains the following cancellation policy:
n24-Hour Cancellation Policy
n• Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time for a full refund or rental credit.
n• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.
Weather & Safety Policy
n• Guest safety is our top priority. If Coast & Current determines that weather or water conditions are unsafe for rentals, your reservation may be rescheduled or fully refunded at your preference.
n• Florida weather — especially during the summer rainy season — can be unpredictable. Brief storms, pop-up showers, or passing rain bands are common and do not automatically qualify for cancellation.
n• We closely monitor radar and marine conditions and will communicate proactively if conditions present a safety concern.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
n• Rentals begin at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time without refund or extension.
n• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
n• One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested more than 12 hours in advance, subject to availability.
