Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip are non-refundable. No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.

FL Resident Tickets

As per the Resident Acknowledgment checked at the time of booking, Florida Resident Tickets are non-refundable. A full-value Coastal Cruises gift card will be provided with 48 hours’ notice prior to departure or in the event of a crew cancellation due to weather or other factors outlined in our cancellation policy.

Weather Cancellation Policy

Coastal Cruises will always prioritize guest safety. If we must cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, whichever they prefer.

Public Charter Minimum Passenger Policy

All public cruises require a minimum number of passengers to operate. If a trip does not meet the minimum, we will contact guests in advance to reschedule or issue a full refund. Guests will never be charged if Coastal Cruises must cancel due to minimums not being met.
