Cancellation Policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund if they provide notice of cancellation more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. In the event of operator cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or credit, at the discretion of Clearwater Paintball. If a customer cancels or fails to provide notice of cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled event, a cancellation fee of $10 per person will be charged.
