Enjoy an outside of this world experience while paddling the bioluminescent waters of the Indian river lagoon system. During the warmest months of the summer (June-October) any movement through our lagoon creates a bright blue-green glow. There’s no better way to truly get immersed into an Avatar like world, than taking a 1.5-hour paddle around the Thousand Island Conservation Area. Along the way there is chance to see manatee and dolphin, as well as scooping up bioluminescent comb jellies with the nets provided.
