LIABILITY RELEASE FOR DIVERS & SNORKELING / PASSENGERS:

All participants must read and sign liability release prior to boarding our vessel. Minors will not be allowed to dive without a parent or guardian on the boat.

RESERVATION, RE-SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY:

   Credit card is required for all reservation. Your credit card will be charged at the moment you make the reservation. Reservations can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hrs. of the reservation.

   Cancellations due to weather or mechanical breakdowns will be determined by the captain. If the Captain decides to cancel the charter, we will reschedule to the next available trip or refer you to a different dive boat. If the charter is cancelled and cannot reschedule due to flight schedules we will issue a full refund with proper documentation. Charters that are cancelled due to inclement weather and/or sea conditions, or conditions beyond our control we will issue a cancellation email and can be used as a voucher. Trips are not cancelled due to rain. The decision to cancel a trip due to bad weather usually cannot be made until departure time. We will cancel all trips when rough seas and high winds (gusting more than 15 knots) are in the forecast or small craft advisories are in effect.

   Individual reservations can be re-scheduled with 7 days’ notice prior to your charter. Reservation cancellations will require a 14 days’ notice prior to your charter to allow us time to book other clients. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to your diving reservation will be charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the total price. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to reservations will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the charter.

   Private, full boat or group reservations can be re-scheduled with 14 days’ notice prior to your charter to allow us time to book other clients. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to your diving reservation will be charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the total price. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to reservations will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the charter.

   Reservation re-scheduling: Customers will have 24 months from the original reservation to re-schedule their charter. Re-scheduling reservations less than 7 days prior to reservations are considered as cancelled and a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the charter.

   On the rare occasions when we simply do not have enough interest (3 divers or more) to make our boat go for a charter, we will try to move your booking to a different day or to a different dive boat.

   There are NO REFUNDS for No shows, sea sick illness, cancelled airline flights, late arrivals or any other reason. Partial dives due to physiological, mental or equipment issues are nonrefundable.

BY BOOKING YOUR TRIP ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS OF THE RESERVATION. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ALL TRIPS AT ANY TIME. DEPARTURE TIMES AND PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
