Cancellation Policy
Please cancel 24 hours prior to departure for a full refund. Once the boat leaves the docks we will not issue a refund. If the trip is cut short due to inclement weather or boat issues we will issue a raincheck that can be used for a different parasailing date and time. If the trip is canceled by Boogies Watersports you will be issued a full refund.
