Cancellation Policy
Trips canceled more than 14 days prior to the scheduled trip will receive a full refund of the deposit. Trips canceled for bad weather conditions or boat malfunction will also receive a full refund of the deposit.
nTrips canceled under 14 days from the scheduled trip will forfeit the deposit.
nTrips canceled under 24 hours, or no shows, may be charged 1/2 of the remaining balance at the discretion of High Class Hooker Charters.
Weather:
nIn the case of bad weather, your captain will contact you the night before to discuss your options. Typically, we try and reschedule your trip to the first available date so that you don't miss out on your day of fishing. If we are unable to reschedule due to your availability, or ours, then we will refund your deposit.
