Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made 72 hours or more before your scheduled dive trip. Please notify us by calling or texting 954-231-3483.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your trip, you will receive a full credit toward a future dive.

Cancellations within 24 hours of departure or no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit.

If you experience an emergency or exceptional circumstance, please let us know as soon as possible. We will review each situation individually and do our best to work with you.
