What to Expect
About - The ground shuttle departure from the hotel to the marina will be 30 minutes prior to your reservation time. Please note infants also count as a reserved guest.
Enjoy a day at your own secluded beach. Pick up your pool towel at the Front Desk or Sports Chickee Hut prior to your departure. Complimentary coolers are provided and can be picked up in the Cove Marketplace. Sunscreen, drinks (no glass containers please) and snacks can be purchased at the Cove Marketplace as well.
Please note-Glass containers are not allowed on the beach and smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Radios, CD players, amplifiers or other music-playing devices are only allowed with headphones or ear buds. Chairs and umbrellas are available weather permitting. Big Hickory Island is a protected conservation area for shorebirds, Loggerhead Sea turtles and other indigenous vegetation. Conservation Rangers will be able to answer all your eco-questions.
Schedule changes may occur due to tidal levels or extreme weather conditions. Please confirm daily departure times with the Concierge.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one hour prior to the scheduled reservation time. Cancellations made less than one hour in advance, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $50 fee per reservation.
