Cancellation Policy
We're looking forward to your reservation!
nPlease arrive 15 minutes early, for an easy check-in process.
nIt is customary to tip 15-20% for your crew. Gratuity is not included in the price of your charter unless you have pre-selected it in your booking or have an 8-hour charter.
nYour charter includes our equipment, which includes, paddle boards, a Bote float, and snorkel for use during your trip.
nFeel free to bring any food/drinks/snacks that you would like to have on the boat. We provide a cooler with ice and water bottles also. Don't forget towels, sunscreen, etc.
nOur cancellation policy is one week (7 days) prior to your charter, you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of your deposit and/or amount paid. Once the one week (7 day) window has passed, there is no refund and the full amount will be due. As for bad weather, our captain will make the call, if necessary, to cancel, and we will issue a full refund IF we cancel the charter due to the weather. The customer cannot cancel the charter….the cancellation MUST come from our captain. We try not to cancel a charter too soon, as the weather can change by the minute here in Destin.
