Join owner operator Kyle McKenzie on a Rookery Bay Kayak tour as he utilizes over 13 years of kayaking, navigating and guiding experience working as a kayak guide in Bar Harbor, ME, Hilton Head, SC, Frisco, CO and now Naples, FL. While on a kayak tour guests can expect to learn about the abundant bird life, sea life and all around ecology of the Mangrove ecosystem as Kyle pulls from his knowledge as a Florida Naturalist and an NC State University graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife Management, don't let his experience fool you, Kyle is as entertaining as knowledgeable!

Kyle, through Adventure Paddle Tours, offers 1.5 to 6-hour sea kayak and paddle board tours out of South Naples. Permitted to utilize several boat parks throughout the county we typically take our kayak tours through Rookery Bay, fifteen miles south of Naples and seven miles east of Marco Island, Florida. A 110,000 acre protected National Estuarine Research Reserve, Rookery Bay extends from Naples, Florida all the way south to the Everglades National Park, providing us with an amazing amount of protected water to explore out of a kayak. The Rookery Bay is one of the last remaining undisturbed estuaries in North America!

All kayak tours and paddleboard lessons in Florida are led by Kyle and are private, meaning no one else will be on your tour except the guests you booked for. The smaller private kayak tours offer an excellent opportunity to spot wildlife while on the water. Each kayak tour includes state of the art tandem sit-in touring kayaks, PFD's, paddles and a 15-minute paddle lesson. No experience is needed!
