BBQ equipment, hookah, shisha, or any open-flame items (including gas, propane, or charcoal) are not allowed.

Any damage caused by guests—including stains to upholstery, flooring, or other surfaces from clothing dyes, hair products, beverages, or smoking—will be the financial responsibility of the charterer, who may be charged for repair or replacement.
