The 3-hour charter is great for those with young children or that want to get out on the water for a little while and enjoy some fishing. Trip departure times can be customized based on availability.
The 4 Hour Charter is great for those that just want to get out on the water for a little while to enjoy the fishing charter experience! It is geared towards catching Scup, Seabass, and Fluke Please note you can target blackfish, striped bass or bluefish during this trip but we strongly recommended a minimum of a 6 hour trip for those species (when seasons are open)
The 6 Hour Charter is a great way to spend the day targeting several different kinds of fish that the western Long Island Sound has to offer! This trip is highly recommended for Striped Bass and Blackfish and is geared towards the more experienced fishermen.
The 8 Hour Charter is a great way to spend the day targeting several different species of fish that the Western Long Island Sound has to offer! We recommend this length trip for the more experienced fisherman.
The 8 Hour Blackfish trips is only for blackfish during the open season beginning in October

nAt Pelagic Beast Fishing Charters, we fish rain or shine. Trips are only canceled if the captain determines that weather or sea conditions are unsafe or if unforeseen mechanical issues prevent the trip from operating safely. The captain's decision is final.
nAll payments are non-refundable.
nIf Pelagic Beast Cancels Your Trip
nIf we are unable to operate your charter due to unsafe conditions or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive the option to reschedule your trip to another available date within one (1) calendar year of your original trip date.
nCustomer Cancellations
n7 or more days before your trip: Your payment is non-refundable; however, you may reschedule your trip to another available date within one (1) calendar year of your original trip date.
nLess than 7 days before your trip: All payments will be forfeited, and no rescheduling or credit will be provided.
nNo-Shows & Late Arrivals
Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled charter or arrive more than 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time will be considered a no-show. The trip will be canceled, all payments will be forfeited, and any remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file.
nWeather & Fishing Conditions
nLight rain, overcast skies, wind within safe operating limits, or slow fishing are not valid reasons for cancellation or a refund. Fishing is a natural outdoor activity, and while we make every effort to provide the best possible experience, we cannot guarantee weather conditions, sea conditions, or the number of fish caught.
