Hiker Shuttle from the Summit of Pikes Peak to Barr Trailhead in Manitou Springs
What to Expect
Hike the Barr Trail and catch a ride down with us!
You should try to book your ride at least 24 hours ahead of your hike, but you can reserve a seat up until a few hours before departure. Shuttles can fill up quickly, so book your ride as soon as possible. Seat prices include Pikes Peak Highway Toll, timed entry fee, and all taxes. Gratuity is not included, drivers accept tips.
The shuttle will depart the summit via the Pikes Peak Highway. The shuttle departs the summit promptly at 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Plan to be at the summit at least 1 hour prior to your reserved shuttle departure time. If you do not make it to the summit before the scheduled departure time, we will have to leave without you, and you will need to find alternative transportation or plan to hike back down. You can text our office if you are early or late to see if we can accommodate you on another shuttle.
Ride time is approximately 1 hour from the summit to the Barr trailhead in Manitou Springs. We drop off at the trailhead parking lot in Manitou Springs.
If there are available seats, we may offer to sell them to other hikers from the summit who do not have a reservation.

Restrictions
Babies or children who require car seats will not be permitted to ride the hiker shuttle. Children under 16 years old are advised not to hike Pikes Peak unless they have had previous experience hiking a 14er. Pregnant women are not advised to hike at high elevations.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hour prior to receive full refund, cancellations between 24-48 hours prior receive 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure time may be eligible for full credit but no refund.
