About This Tour

NEW this Halloween Season! If you book a Fort Collins Ghost Tour that starts on the hour or half hour, it's an easy 3 block walk with plenty of ghostly underground stops. BUT, if book a Fort Collins Ghost Tour that starts on the :15 or :45 (i.e. 5:15, 5:45, 7:15, 7:45, etc.) you'll have a longer walk (1/2-mile round trip) but in addition to regularly scheduled stops, you'll tour a huge, haunted, 100+ year old building that is only available to us in late September & all of October! Book one (or both) now!

Offered year‑round, the Fort Collins Ghost Tour invites you to step into the shadows of Old Town for an evening of mystery, history, and a few chills. Both regularly scheduled and private tours are available throughout the year.
Your guided journey winds through the streets and beneath them, exploring the hidden tunnels and underground spaces that hold some of Fort Collins’ most intriguing stories. Along the way, you’ll hear local legends, tales of hauntings, ghostly sightings, and accounts of strange happenings that have lingered for generations.
No two tours are exactly alike—stops vary each time—but most adventures take place in the atmospheric underground, where the past feels unusually close.

Location

Tours start in Old Town Square near the fountain. We are located between Cira Ltd and Thamel Import Gifts. Look for the Fort Collins Tours and Home State Realty signs. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in with the tour guide(s). Tours depart promptly at the scheduled times.

Weather

Tours run rain or shine, except in the rare case of extreme weather. We will contact the person that purchased tickets with the phone number or email provided if we ever have to cancel a tour due to extreme weather conditions. You can also call us prior to a tour to inquire about tour status.
