Payment Terms
nTo confirm your reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the start of the trip.
Reservations made within 90 days of the trip start date require full payment at the time of booking.
nCancellation Policy
nBecause of the extensive planning and coordination involved in international travel, we adhere to the following cancellation schedule:
More than 90 days before the trip start date:
nYou may cancel and receive a refund of any payments made, minus the 50% deposit and any non-recoverable transaction or supplier fees.
90 to 60 days before the trip start date:
nA 75% cancellation fee of the total trip cost will apply.
Less than 60 days before the trip start date:
nA 100% cancellation fee will apply; no refunds will be issued.
Additional Terms
nTravel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required to participate in the trip. We advise selecting a policy that covers trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
No refunds will be provided for missed flights, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.
nIn the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions), we will do our best to offer trip credits or alternative dates where possible, but we cannot guarantee refunds.
