What to Expect

A special seasonal nighttime departure featuring our lantern lighted railbikes, a short historic ghost story and spooky decorations along the route. Our dark departures are shorter in length at just over two miles total to ensure we're not crossing the bridge or any streets in the dark.

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel your booking anytime prior to 14 days before your tour departure. No refunds or rebooking within 14 days of departure. For rebooking or cancellations within our policy, please email [email protected] with your confirmation number and request.

Trip insurance is only offered at time of booking a 10% premium surcharge. This enables a full refund (less booking fees and insurance fee) for any reason up to 24 hours prior to your departure time, or if we cancel a departure due to dangerous weather. To exercise your trip insurance, please email [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to your departure time. Include name on booking, booking ID (via confirmation email) and departure time/date.

Tours cancelled for any reason within 24 hours of departure are NOT REFUNDABLE.

If it rains:

We will still run our tours in the rain. Decisions to cancel a tour due to dangerous conditions will be made by our tour guides as soon as possible and notifications will be sent to your contact information given at time of booking. Keep in mind that the weather can change quickly and it is possible to have a tour canceled even if you have already arrived. If we have to cancel a tour due to dangerous weather, a gift certificate will be given and you can re-book for another time, or a refund will be given if trip insurance was purchased.

If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol:

For your safety and the safety of our other guests, we have the right to refuse your tour booking if our staff thinks you are under the influence of drugs or are intoxicated. No refunds will be given if you show up in this condition.

Missed tour start time:
nNo refunds are given for riders who arrive late and miss their tour start, or who cancel /don't show up on their reservation day. Staff will try to reseat late/no-show patrons on any remaining same day departures. No date shifting allowed. Subject to availability.

nWe do not store or have access to your credit card data. We only have access to the contact information you provide us. We will use this information for contacting you about your booking. We may also use your email to contact you about future specials unless you have asked us not to contact you. We will not sell or provide any of your information to anyone.
