What to Expect

Looking for a unique way to explore Durango’s backcountry? We offer UTV rentals. Rent a UTV and experience the San Juan backcountry in a our UTVs. We offer a variety of UTVs, including 2 seat, 4 seat, and 6 seat. Our equipment includes: Polaris RZR XP 1000, Kawasaki KRX 1000, Kawasaki Mule, Can Am Commander.

About

  • Every rental includes helmets (required) and a free map.
  • We provide trail recommendations for all experience levels.
  • We also provide complimentary rain ponchos if rain is in the forecast.
  • Please plan to dress in layers and include at least a jacket because weather conditions can change quickly in the high country.
  • Be sure to bring sunscreen.
  • Eye protection (sunglasses/goggles) are recommended.
  • Goggles are available for rent.

Important Requirements

  • A valid drivers license is required are time of rental

  • $1,500 (ages 25+) refundable damage deposit is required

  • $3,000 (ages 21-24) refundable damage deposit is required

  • Minimum driving age 21, minimum riding age 5

  • Please arrive 30 minutes before rental
  • 2 seat UTV – max total combined weight 650 lbs
  • 4 seat UTV – max total combined weight 900 lbs
