nIf you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your tour.
nThis gives us time to open your spot for another brave soul.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable—
nmostly because the ghosts already counted you in.
🌧 Weather? The Spirits Don’t Mind.
nLeadville’s weather changes fast, but our tours run rain, snow, or starlight. Why?
nBecause ghosts don’t carry umbrellas.
We do not offer refunds due to weather, so please dress warmly and come prepared for high-altitude conditions (10,200 feet means surprises).
n🚫 No-Shows
nIf you don’t show up, we assume you were either:
nA) kidnapped by a friendly ghost, or
nB) enjoying Leadville too much to leave the bar.
nEither way—no refunds for no-shows.
