Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but the residents of Evergreen have been waiting a very long time for visitors, so here’s how our cancellation policy works:
n⏰ 24-Hour Notice Required
nNeed to cancel or reschedule? Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
nCancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
nAfter all, once Evergreen has your name on the guest list, we hate making changes.
n🌨️ Mountain Weather
nLeadville weather can change quickly, especially during late October. Tours operate in typical mountain conditions, including cold, light rain, and light snow.
nRefunds are not provided simply because of cold or inclement weather, so please dress warmly and come prepared for conditions at 10,200 feet.
nHowever, safety always comes first. If cemetery or weather conditions become unsafe and Epic Happy Adventures cancels the tour, guests will be offered a reschedule or refund.
n👻 No-Shows
nIf you don’t show up, we’ll assume you either:
nA) got cold feet before entering the cemetery, or
nB) decided joining the permanent residents wasn't worth the risk.
Either way, no-shows are non-refundable.
n🪦 One Last Thing...
nWe keep our groups small, our stories unforgettable, and our cemetery experience respectful.
nYour reservation allows us to prepare guides, manage group sizes, and provide the best possible experience among the stones.
nThank you for supporting a local small business and helping us keep the stories of Leadville and the people resting at Evergreen alive.
nEvery stone has a story. Thank you for helping us remember them.
