What to Expect:

• We will gather in a sacred circle at the beautiful RiNo Yoga Social Studio.

• After a spiritual and elemental invocation, we will share a ceremonial cacao drink (a rich, heart-opening chocolate elixir).

• A breathwork session will follow, designed to clear mental fog and re-energize your body.

• We’ll then move into a guided meditation to integrate your experience and awaken your inner truth.
