What to Expect

Spring days are longer and conditions can be more predictable which allows for a broader range of ascents to be considered. This 4 day clinic is able to focus more on steep snow and rock skills thanks to increased snow stability. The exact dates of the course have an influence on how much of each terrain is covered since there is generally still ice to climb in April but likely none in May or June.
