What to Expect
Welcome in Fall with Coffee, Brunch and Horses!
Your morning starts with appetizers at the barn while our friends at Pagosa Roasters introduce you to each of their local and hand-selected coffee flavors you will try at our unique stations. Our horses then take you on a horse-drawn tour with panoramic meadow, mountain, and forest views to progressive courses at Elk Trace Bed & Breakfast. There, you'll meander through rustic cabins to enjoy maple coffee candied bacon with pumpkin poffertjes, coffee rubbed smoked pork with grits and eggs, and smothered elk green chili breakfast pasties from Pagosa Pasty Company. Finish with a sweet treat of coffee buttercream cinnamon rolls and Guatemalan pour-over coffee after the wagon returns you to the barn. Includes live music and lasting memories to welcome in crisp, cool, and colorful autumn mornings.
