Cancellation Policy

We require 24-48 hours for scheduling. We will confirm your trip within 24 hours of booking request. We usually meet guests at or near the desired fishing location. However, we can meet at our shop in Longmont also. During warmer months, we like to meet at 7:00 am, but other times can be arranged. The time advertised is the amount of time on water, so factor in travel time each way. All trips require a 50% deposit with the balance due within 24 hours of the trip. Cancellation of a scheduled trip requires 48 hours notice for a full refund. In the case of dangerous weather, trips will either be rescheduled, or moved to a safer location.
