We handle everything: setup, hosting, equipment, and the occasional backup vocals if someone needs moral support. All you have to do is show up, grab a mic and have fun.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date receive a full refund.
n• Cancellations made 14–30 days prior to the event date receive a 50% refund.
n• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability.

n

Refund eligibility and pricing adjustments are determined by the original booking date and initial event date, not the rescheduled date.

n

Rescheduling an event does not alter cancellation terms. Events rescheduled from short notice may be subject to additional fees reflecting date value, availability, and revised logistics.

Provider Cancellation

n

If the provider is unable to fulfill the event, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made.
