Our charter perfectly combines the speed of a racing boat, coupled with the luxury and comfortability of a modern yacht. Aquata is equipped with a salon-style bedroom, bathroom, and forward and aft lounge areas. Too much sun? Enter the cabin equipped with an electronic sunroof and ice-cold air conditioning while gazing out of our panoramic glass windows. We specialize in bachelorette/bachelor parties, date night, birthday bashes, family/friend outings and much more! We thought of everything to make your outing perfect, so you don’t have to!

Coast Guard certified captain to assist you on your charter ($50/hr paid directly to the captain prior to leaving the dock)

Cancellation Policy
2025 Bookings: Private Charters have a 2-week cancellation policy. To receive a full refund of your deposit you must cancel your reservation 2 weeks prior to the event. If canceled within the 2 weeks you will forfeit your deposit. You have the option to reschedule at no charge up until 72 hours prior to departure. Your reservation is not eligible for a refund 72 hours prior to your event.
n2026 Bookings: Private Charters have a 3-week cancellation policy. To receive a full refund of your deposit you must cancel your reservation 3 weeks prior to the event. If canceled within the 3 weeks you will forfeit your deposit. You have the option to reschedule at no charge up until 1 week prior to departure. Your reservation is not eligible for a refund 1 week prior to your event.
nAquata we will go out rain or shine unless the captain deems conditions unsafe to be on the water. If he makes that decision you will be contacted by a team member to go over your options to rebook.
