If you need to cancel this booking, you MUST contact us 48 hours BEFORE your excursion date. If your cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to your excursion date and time, or if you are a No-Show at the time of boarding, you will be charged a 100% cancellation penalty.
nWe run Rain or Shine! Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. These circumstances are at the discretion of New Horizons & Breakaway Charters.
nCancellation policy for parties of 6 or more is as follows:
nCancel 0 to 9 days prior to the excursion or no-show the excursion. The charge will be 100% of total price.
