What to Expect
The Community Center is happy to offer reservations of the picnic table space under the large oak tree for birthday parties and friend and family gatherings. This provides close access to the playground for young children and the availability of the ball field for games for all ages, much like many of our County’s public parks.

Picnic Rentals are for families with BOBCAT(+) MEMBERSHIPS ONLY!!! BECOME A MEMBER HERE.
The base rental fee is $200. You must provide your Memberbship ID#; otherwise the rental fee will show as $400.
Picnic Rentals are for up to 40 people only. For bigger parties, please reach out to our rental agent Dayna Miller at [email protected].
Rentals are for three hours or less. For more time, a second reservation is required.
Rentals are available on Saturdays and Sundays from:
10:00 am – 1:00 pm
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
We do not allow booking picnic area reservations beyond 45 days to avoid conflicts with large rentals generating a great deal of revenue for the TCC.
For rentals from Monday through Friday and holiday rentals you MUST contact the rental agent.

Cancellation Policy
Payment is due 72 hours after the rental approval or within 24 hours of the rental approval if the rental is approved less than 72 hours before the rental date. If the balance is not paid by then the TCC reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
TCC reserves the right to cancel any approved reservation within 48 hours of reservation approval and 72 hours prior to the renter’s reservation date should it interfere with other TCC property rental activities. This may happen if the TCC has an opportunity to host a film or photo production utilizing the grounds, including the field and picnic area. The TCC (California's only independently managed non-profit community center) relies on entertainment industry funds throughout the year to help maintain the grounds and provide low-cost and free programming and events to the community. Your picnic area reservation will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date and time at NO additional cost.
Reservation costs are non-refundable. The renter may reschedule a reservation once within the calendar year for an admin fee of $25. Reservations are non-transferrable. Rain or inclement weather does NOT cancel a picnic area reservation.
