Cancellation Policy
Guests are allowed to reschedule for any reason without penalty with at least a 72 hour notice. Reschedule requests received <72 hours prior to a guest's reservation will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
nThere are no refunds for same day or next day reservations. No exceptions.
nIf you absolutely need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of booking for reservations made 3 days in advance. After 24 hours, we are able to provide a 50% refund for any cancellations.
