Cancellation Policy
Guests are allowed to reschedule for any reason without penalty with at least a 24 hour notice. Reschedule requests received <24 hours prior to a guest's reservation will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
nIf you absolutely need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund within 48 hours of booking. Otherwise, we are able to provide a 50% refund for the individuals or the group up until the reservation date.
