What to Expect
The Side Yard is an open-air space situated between the Main Patio and 13th Street with seating for up to 60 guests and standing room for 40 or more. The area can be roped off and signage posted to ensure privacy for you and your guests.
Includes
Traditional German biergarten tables and benches provide table seating, with bar stools along the 13th street fence line and patio furniture & lawn chairs providing additional seating.
The stage is located here, perfect for hiring a band for live music or a DJ.
Restrictions
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES
Smaller parties (up to 16 guests) may bring outside food.
Outside food for large groups of 16+ people is not allowed (except dessert) unless approved and arranged ahead of time and will be subject to an additional fee.
You may bring dessert in for parties of any size.
Outside bottles of wine and/or champagne are allowed and will be subject to a $15/bottle corkage fee.
All other outside beverages, including non-alcoholic beverages (e.g. soda, water, coffee, etc.), are not allowed unless approved and arranged ahead of time and will be subject to an additional fee.
No hard alcohol is permitted at any time.
