This is a perfect space for larger groups. It provides fun, flexible seating options with plenty of space to spread out and ensures privacy for you and your guests.
Add the "Club13" Roof Deck & VIP Lounge, a private rooftop seating area for up to 20 guests.
Includes
• Enjoy exclusive access to the Lawn, a semi-private fenced-in area featuring artificial grass, with surrounding bamboo providing additional privacy. Six traditional German biergarten tables and benches each seat 6-8 adults comfortably. Bar stools around the perimeter provide additional seating for 13 more guests.
• You'll also have exclusive access to the Garage, a 20' shipping container with windows and rollup doors provides an indoor seating area. Equipped with three traditional German biergarten tables and benches, each seats 6-8 adults comfortably. A big-screen TV can be used for presentations, slide shows, videos or your favorite sporting event. Misters help keep you cool when it’s hot, and heaters to keep you warm when it’s not.
• In addition, you'll have exclusive access to both Fire Pits, each surrounded by old-school folding lawn chairs with seating for up to 8 people. An additional table between the Fire Pits provides seating for 8 more.
• Finally, you'll also enjoy exclusive access to both Porches, each featuring comfortable outdoor patio furniture with seating for up to 8 people under a covered cabana with misters and a fire pit table.
Total seating for up to 125 guests with plenty of standing room for many more.

Restrictions
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES
Smaller parties (up to 16 guests) may bring outside food.
Outside food for large groups of 16+ people is not allowed (except dessert) unless approved and arranged ahead of time and will be subject to an additional fee.
You may bring dessert in for parties of any size.
Outside bottles of wine and/or champagne are allowed and will be subject to a $15/bottle corkage fee.
All other outside beverages, including non-alcoholic beverages (e.g. soda, water, coffee, etc.), are not allowed unless approved and arranged ahead of time and will be subject to an additional fee.
No hard alcohol is permitted at any time.
